UK ORDERS - Please allow between 1-4 weeks for your order to reach you. Once your item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders within the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - For orders to Europe, please allow 1-4 weeks for delivery.
For all other international destinations, our shipping time frame is between 1--6 weeks. These orders may be dispatched via one of the following couriers: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Parcelforce or DHL. Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

For custom wig orders, delivery will vary. Please contact us for an accurate time frame.

Please expect some slight delays as some of our hair originates from South East Asia. This means at times hair may be delayed or take slightly longer to arrive. Please understand this is out of our control.

Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend or cancel orders. Discount codes may not be applied afterwards. We will not issue a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is submitted.

Advertised discount codes may not be used towards previously purchased or future purchases.

Please ensure your shipping and billing address are the same. We will not ship the item(s) anywhere else.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and/or order is flagged as a risk. (We use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information. We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

RAW HAIR LDN will not be held liable for items misplaced, lost or damaged by a third party.

If you are yet to receive your order, please be patient and refrain from contacting us about the whereabouts of your order until the time frame has passed.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, we have a no refund and no returns policy. If you have received the wrong product, missing any product or have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).

If in any rare circumstance RAW HAIR LDN does agree to offer you a return on your item, please note that the item(s) must be in its original packaging, unused and untampered with. Returns will be reviewed case to case and a full inspection will be made
